Karma Yoga has given me a new perspective to my training regime. I train hard most days to achieve a high level of cardiovascular and strength fitness for my profession as a motorcycle racer in the MotoGP championship.
I discovered Karma Yoga only a few months ago through a close friend, but in this short space of time I have felt a dramatic improvement not only in my flexibility but also more importantly for me in my muscular recovery after very hard training sessions in the gym.
A massive thank you to Sammie and I would recommend Karma Yoga to anyone.

If you are interested in trying Yoga for the first time, or are looking for a refresher if you have done Yoga in the past, this is your opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Yoga. Over 6 weeks you'll learn 7 core principles that will provide the base of your Yoga practice. On completion of this course you will be able to attend with confidence any beginners class on the Timetable
Each course fills up quickly
The course costs £55 and consists of 6 weekly 75 minute sessions with a maximum of 12 students per class. We keep the class sizes to a minimum to ensure each student receives the support they need. No prior experience or flexibility is required and all the equipment you will need is here. Please note that once you have booked your place no transfers or refunds can be given for unattended sessions

At Karma you have the choice to attend Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced level classes. Non-members are welcome to attend any of the classes on the schedule.
Courses continuously run for complete beginners to understand and learn the fundamental basic of Yoga.
No equipment necessary.
