Beginner’s Yoga Courses

We run even more beginners courses from our new yoga centre on the 2nd Floor of the former Peter Luis building at 9/11 Duke Street Douglas. Future courses which Karma will hold throughout the next few months are listed below. Each course will run for 6 weeks.

If you are interested in trying yoga for the first time, or are looking for a refresher if you have done yoga in the past, this is your opportunity to learn the fundamentals of yoga. Over 6 weeks you’ll learn 7 core principles that will provide the base of your yoga practice. On completion of this course you will be able to attend with confidence any beginners class on the Timetable page.

The course consists of 6 weekly 75 minute sessions with a maximum of 10 students per class. We keep the class sizes to a minimum to ensure each student receives the support they need. No prior experience or flexibility is required and all the equipment you will need is here.

Women only 5 week beginners course with Sonja Colenso-Hall
