Sammie is continuously striving to absorb and explore new avenues in yoga, believing that knowledge gained from all her Gurus will propel her to the forefront of the moment in the Yoga world.

Currently working with Lara Bauman of Quantum yoga, Sammie believes in Ayurvedic practice and its influence, not just in yoga but as a whole lifestyle.

Also anatomy in Yoga is paramount in understanding the benefits yoga can bring, both internal and externally. With an influence of Gary Carter of Natural Bodies work, she is passionate about not punishing the body to achieve egotistical goals, but instead taking your practice with you to your prime of life.

Connecting and understanding with your body and mind is the key to giving freedom to flourish. One mustn't come to class to simply follow, but to feel it for one's self. This will truly enlighten!

Samantha's style of teaching is primarily on the teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa with an up-beat dynamic influence from a background in dance and gymnastics.

Her practice is light hearted, full of energy and is accompanied by beautiful music to leave you inspired and radiant.
