Winter 2012 Timetable
The new Winter 2012 timetable will commence on Saturday 7th January 2012 until further notice. We have made a change to the way we describe classes. Instead of using beginners, intermediate and advanced labels we are now using a number system 1, 2 and 3. See below for the new class descriptions.

Level 1 Suitable for a complete beginner or for those who wish to reiterate the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Begin to release pack pain and tight stiff muscles and joints.
Level 2 An introduction and guidance through Vinyasa, sun salutations, arm balances and inversions. A practice to use on a regular basis to give you flexibility and energy
Level 3 A more dynamic practice often based around sun salutations. A slight increase of pace for those who have experience in Vinyasa flow, and for those who enjoy a challenge.
