Learning from many years of experience and observation, Karma’s founder Sammie believes in quality over quantity when it comes to class styles. Below are the three styles of classes that we have developed with this ethos in mind to suit all abilities.
Please note that although all of our experienced teachers will deliver these classes in their own unique way, you can be assured the level of the class you decide to attend remains the same but with varying content to keep your mind challenged too.
If you would like a little extra attention, you can opt for one-to-one or group tuition. This way we can tailor the class to your individual needs – whether you feel like a cardio blast or a more nurturing chill out.
Currently all of our classes are taught virtually online through Zoom.
Stretch and Unwind
Our more calming class.
This class allows you to unwind from the stresses of daily life whilst encouraging flexibility and mobility. Great for stress relief and tension.
Suitable for all abilities.
Stretch and Unwind using equipment*
With the use of bolsters, straps and blocks, Sam will ease you through the gentlest sequences and encourage you to flow easily in movement and meditation. Leaving you feeling stress-free and mobile.
Predominately floor based and for all abilities.
*A bolster, block and strap are required for this session. Or you can always improvise with a stuffed pillowcase, a belt and a few books.
Uplifting Flow
Developed to help combat depression, release tension and leave you feeling radiant.
A perpetual slow flow of postures to ease mind and body. Perfect to get all your joints moving gently.
Suitable for those who prefer to move a little more, even if you’re a fairly active over 50!
This class is available in the morning and evening and each class is adapted depending on the time of day.
